I was helping him with ventrilo last night burnt. Right now he is doing what you are doing (in vent, using in game chat to talk to us), but I think he said he would buy a cheap 10 dollar headset from walmart or target after I mentioned that it really makes chat a lot easier.

Im doing that I guess. Im using that damn bluetooth under my 150 dollar logitechs :/ I need that ear force PBT.

I downloaded Ventrilo, debating on how I want to set it up. Buying a bluetooth or use my PS3 headset on the pc. Any suggestions from you guys? Also does everyone use Ventrilo?

PS3 bluetooth sucks. If you can reach a cord between the comp and the tv so you can get game sounds that is the best. If not use the PS3 bluetooth.

I really suggest a wired headset seanyromo. It really cuts down on half the hassle.

Woof alright. Might buy a cheap wired one then. I use one with a cord with my PS3 when I play with my friends, to big of a hassle to move that one back and forth. I'll get on it this week. Getting married Saturday so I'm not sure if my wife will want to hit up Best Buy at any point during the weekend lol.

my set up is a turtle beach head set getting game audio from the ps3 which includes in game chat, while also getting chat audio from ventrilo as well as letting me talk in ventrilo, now if there was only a way to chat and hear in both. possibly a usb spliter cable but it might distort the audio.

Seanyromo maybe you should just call the wedding off if she is going to keep you on that short of a leash
